- Scheduling calls — via Google Calendar (google.com) or Planerka (planerka.app). These services may collect your name, email address, and calendar availability. We use the information you submit only to arrange and confirm our meeting.
- Messaging via Telegram — via the Telegram messenger (telegram.org). Telegram processes your data according to its own privacy policy. We receive only the messages you send us.
- Direct email — if you write to us at company@along.ae, we receive and store the information you choose to include. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry.
We do not combine information received through these channels with analytics data or share it with third parties for marketing.
3. Analytics and Tracking
We use the following analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. All tools operate in production only and are not active on local or staging environments.
Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-94BGWPEFFQ) provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data including pages visited, time on page, approximate geographic location (country/city level), device type, and referral source. Google Analytics may use cookies to distinguish unique visitors. Data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Yandex.Metrika
We use Yandex.Metrika (counter ID: 93471663) provided by Yandex LLC. Yandex.Metrika collects anonymised statistics including page views, click maps, referral sources, and approximate geographic location. No personally identifiable information is collected through this service. Data is processed by Yandex in accordance with Yandex's privacy policy.
Vercel Speed Insights
We use Vercel Speed Insights, a performance monitoring tool provided by Vercel Inc. It collects anonymised Core Web Vitals metrics (page load performance) and does not process personally identifiable information. Data is handled in accordance with Vercel's privacy policy.
4. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar browser-storage technologies to support analytics functionality. Specifically:
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics and Yandex.Metrika to distinguish unique visitors and track session activity across pages.
